Redundant electrical goods banned from landfill

Refrigeration equipment, televisions, CRT computer monitors and fluorescent light tubes are now banned from landfill and are now classified as hazardous waste.

These items must not be placed with your normal waste collections.

Countrywide Waste Solutions can provide a collection service on either a single fridge or multi units of any description and type.

We handle the registration process with the Environmental Agency and produce the correct consignment notes with each collection.

All electrical goods are taken to approved locations appropriately licensed to accept and process these items in accordance with current legislation.
